Where are you located?

Because my sessions are via teletherapy, my office is wherever you are! All you need is a quiet space where you can talk privately.

For local clients, I also offer the option of meeting at a park to engage in walk and talk therapy.

What are your office hours?
My office hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. I have sessions during daylight hours for the walk and talk therapy, but there are no evening appointments available for these sessions.
How long are the sessions?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes, and intake sessions are 90 minutes.

Sessions with both parents joining are typically 90 minutes.

Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide you with a Superbill if your plan has an out-of-network benefit. If you have any questions about this process, please contact your insurance company directly to make sure you have Out-of-Network benefits.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions not canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a charge for the entire session fee.
What is the best way to get in touch with you?
If you need to get in touch with me between sessions, you can call me and leave a confidential voicemail, and I will get back to you within 24 hours. If there are any scheduling issues, you can text me, and I will text back as soon as possible.
How does teletherapy work?
Sessions are via telephone or video chat. I use a HIPPA-compliant video platform. I will send you a link before our session, and you click on it to join. I have a license to practice therapy in California, so my services are available to anyone residing in California.
Tell me about the walk and talk therapy?
Walk-and-talk therapy takes your sessions outdoors in a local park. It infuses the benefits of fresh air and physical activity into the therapy sessions.
Can I bring my baby to walk and talk therapy sessions?
For new parents, walk and talk therapy can be a pleasant hour out of the house for some fresh air! If you want to wear your baby or bring them in a stroller, please feel free!
Who benefits from therapy?
Everyone! You may think therapy is only for people going through something extreme or are in crisis, but therapy is beneficial to anyone who wants to spend at least an hour a week engaging in some self-care!
Have you been in therapy yourself?
Yes. I have been in therapy throughout my life for various reasons. I cherish the time I get to take care of my mental health needs and the support I get through therapy.
